About Crow Farm

We are a family owned and operated farm located in Sandwich, Massachusetts along scenic Route 6A. The forty-acre farm is run by Howard Crowell his son Paul, and grandson Jason. In 2016, we will be celebrating our one-hundredth year of providing fresh produce and other local products to our community. We offer a wide variety of bedding plants, herbs, vegetables, fruit, local Rocky Bottum honey, fresh baked breads, and pies, as well as Christmas trees, mums, and other decorations seasonally at our farm side stand open seven days a week. What makes our farm special? We are one of the only farms on Cape Cod to grow our own apples (15 unique varieties!), pears, peaches, and sweet corn, locally known as "Crow Farm Corn." We work hard to provide the freshest produce to satisfy our community's food needs. We also bring our freshly picked fruits and vegetables as well as flowers to local farmer’s markets in Hyannis and Plymouth.
In 1916, David and Lincoln Crowell purchased forty acres of farmland and began a family tradition that has continued into the next century. We officially opened the farm stand in it's current location in 1960. What started as a humble operation has evolved into a cornerstone of our community for four generations. Stop by our farm stand or visit us at the local farmer’s market to get a taste of homegrown history.
Meet Our Team
Ellen

Ellen has retired from baking as of October 2018
Who is creating all of those deliciously warm pies from Crow Farm Kitchen? Ellen, Paul's wife, spends most of her days in the kitchen preparing pie crust, mixing up fresh fruit, and baking it to a crisp for your dessert cravings. Ellen graciously accepts orders for pies a day or two in advance. Her dessert (or rather breakfast) breads are just as perfect as her pies. Ellen inherited the traditional position of pie maker from Judy Crowell, Howard's wife, who used to bake for the stand as well!
